This is a unique opportunity to become a key player in our team at such a pivotal point, It is a chance to play a significant role in the growth of this function of business as well as improving your career in our organization.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Officer "BDO" shall be responsible for orchestrating the company’s efforts to achieve optimum operational output and maximize overall business returns.Externally, the BDO will promote and educate clients about the company’s solutions and services to generate new business leads, identify emerging customer needs, and expand the client base. The BDO shall continuously support, develop, and materialize new business opportunities in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.The BDO will also assume responsibility for the sales function, including the identification of potential markets, preparation of sales proposals, client negotiations, and deal closures. The BDO shall work toward achieving predefined sales targets and performance indicators set by top management, ensuring that revenue objectives are met within the assigned timeframes.Furthermore, the BDO will conduct regular market analysis to identify competitive trends and recommend strategies to enhance the company’s market position. Periodic reports shall be submitted to top management outlining sales performance, business development progress, and the extent to which these efforts contribute to achieving the company’s overall objectives and financial goals.Duties Responsible for developing accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the company's goals.Develop and execute strategic commercial plans based on the company’s goals to attain the envisioned growth.Working closely with management to develop and implement sales strategy.Securing existing and increasing new business.Developing new and managing existing client relationships.Identifying and following up on sales opportunities.Prospecting; making and following up sales calls.Liaising with the technical team regarding implementation estimates.Preparing and making presentations.Preparing and submitting proposals.Following up on proposals and closing business deals.Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline in order to meet objectives.Provide periodic reports of Sales Plans progress and objective achievement.Create and develop a sales management process to achieve sales performance objectives.Maintains regular customer relationship communication and satisfaction by ensuring the quality of service and presales/after-sales support.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management is preferred.5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience.Proven ability to close deals with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.Contract negotiation skills are a must.Must be proficient and effective in cold calling.Must be able to identify decision-makers, identify and address client business pains, map the buying process, secure appointments, and manage the complex sales processes to close.Solution selling knowledge required.Must be able to create, grow, and maintain a large group of contacts.Must have strong presentation skills.Fluency in Arabic and English languages (Writing, Reading, and Speaking)Salary & Benefits:Negotiable.This Vacancy is for Libyan Nationals Only!If this sounds exciting to you please apply now to find out more about how you can become an indispensable member of this technology-driven team.Interested candidates are to send their CVs to: career@rakizat.comDeadline: 30/11/2025
