Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify, engage, and acquire new clients for forex and crypto trading.Maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, and IBs (Introducing Brokers).Provide product guidance, trading platform demonstrations, and account setup support.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries.Sales Targets & ReportingAchieve individual and team sales targets for client acquisition, deposits, and trading volumes.Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and client activity to management.Support incentive and commission calculations in collaboration with Sales Support.Collaboration & Market IntelligenceWork closely with Marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.Gather market intelligence on competitors, trading trends, and client preferences.Participate in webinars, seminars, and events to promote Vantage’s offerings.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure client onboarding and account setup comply with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements in CRM systems.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.1–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles, preferably in forex, crypto, or financial services.Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, or proprietary platforms) is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Fluency in English
