Job Description

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer segmentation, CRM strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in banking or fintech.Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to grow customer base and improve key metrics such as number of accounts, third-party funds, and product adoption.Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage customer data, segmentation, and targeted campaigns.Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and experience in running online campaigns.Ability to interpret customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to inform business decisions.Deep understanding of customer behavior and lifecycle management across different segments.Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
