Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Business Development Partner, located in Nassau. The Business Development Partner will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering leadership development and training sessions. Additionally, this role requires consulting with clients to understand their organizational needs and proposing tailored solutions. The partner will collaborate with teams to manage projects, improve performance, and drive organizational growth. Qualifications Experience in Leadership Development and Training to foster growth and enhance leadership capabilitiesSkills in Project Management and Consulting to design and implement effective strategies that address client needsProficiency in Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities and foster fruitful client relationshipsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze organizational needs and propose strategic, result-driven solutionsPrevious experience in client-focused roles is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
