Business Development & Partnership

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement referral programs with schools, companies, and brands to increase patient visits to the clinic.Develop collaboration programs with hospitals, clinics, brands, and other relevant partners for patient referral.Conduct outreach and negotiations to onboard new referral and insurance/TPA partners.Develop and execute special programs or incentives to strengthen engagement with referral partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with referral-out partners to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.Prepare partnership proposals and marketing materials for potential B2B collaborations.Maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication, progress tracking, and joint activation initiatives.Ensure all partnership and referral activities comply with clinic branding and regulatory standards.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2+ years in partnerships, business development, or marketingExperience with referral programs & insurance/TPA partnersStrong communication, negotiation, and project management skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven team player
