About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth by securing and expanding partnerships with SSPs, publishers, OEMs, and app developers. This is a revenue-focused role—you’ll be hunting for new business, negotiating deals, and scaling partnerships.If you’re a sales-oriented dealmaker who thrives in programmatic advertising and wants to own the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting to closing—we want you!Key Responsibilities✅ Identify & Close New Supply PartnersProspect and onboard SSPs, premium publishers, OEMs, and app developers to expand inventory access.Pitch and negotiate direct integration, revenue-sharing deals, preferred agreements, and private marketplace (PMP) setups.✅ Lead Commercial NegotiationsNegotiate rate cards, floor prices, and revenue splits with SSPs and publishers.Structure long-term contracts with key supply partners.✅ Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with product, finance, and legal to design partnership terms.Align with demand teams to match high-value buyers with premium supply.✅ Market IntelligenceAnalyze competitor deals and pricing to position our offerings competitively.Identify emerging supply trends (e.g., CTV, in-app, identity solutions).Who We’re Looking For✔ 1-3+ years in programmatic sales/business development (SSP, publisher, or exchange side preferred).✔ Proven track record of closing deals (PMPs, PG, or direct supply agreements).✔ Strong negotiation & contract skills—comfortable structuring term sheets and pricing models.✔ Hunter mentality—self-motivated to prospect, pitch, and close.
