Strategic Business Development PrincipalWe are supporting a global mobility-tech company in recruiting a Principal of Strategic Business Development. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on bringing in new partnerships across the DACH region, with full ownership of the commercial cycle from prospecting through to closing.What You’ll DoBuild and manage high-level relationships across public and private sectors, including mayors, public officials, and senior business leaders.Own full sales cycle and activity in DACH, sourcing, shaping, negotiating, and closing complex deals.Prioritise high-impact opportunities and craft compelling, insight-driven business cases to articulate the value of modern mobility solutions.Advise prospects on mobility strategy and potential funding pathways.Represent the company at industry events and meetings across the region.What You Bring8 years of experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.Exceptional storyteller with strong commercial instincts and the ability to strike the right tone with diverse audiences.Highly consultative communicator who can build trust with senior public-sector figures.Strong prioritisation skills; able to identify and pursue the most impactful opportunities.Fluent in German & EnglishComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.What’s OfferedGlobal environment with meaningful social-impact workCompetitive compensation including long-term incentivesHybrid model with a central Berlin office
