Job Description

We seek an ambitious and energetic Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships. Major sales are generated through Fiverr, Upwork.Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction through Fiver and Upwork.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArranged business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesPrepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established legal rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry-level staff into valuable salespeopleIdentify and research potential clients through various online and offline channels, generating qualified leads to expand the company’s client base and maintain strong follow-up until successful conversion.Requirements:Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant roleMajor sales are generated through Fiverr, Upwork.Proven sales track recordProficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant fieldImmediate joiningCan take one-to-one meetings with the international clientsJob Type: Full-time - Garden Town, Lahore.Pay: Market Competitive salary
