We believe in creating an environment where you can thrive personally, contribute professionally, and feel empowered to grow in your role.You will be given full responsibility for your designated region and, from day one, will co-define the plans and direction for your area in collaboration with your supervisor.What You’ll Be DoingSeek, create, and develop new business opportunities by creating a virtual network of researchers in the life science community on LinkedInResearch & engage with company drug pipelines and scientific platforms and develop an understanding of how ChemoMetec’s technology can meet specific needsCraft engaging emails and execute cold calling campaigns that clearly showcases ChemoMetec’s value proposition to drive lead generationFacilitate & participate in meetings with prospects to understand their settings and convey how our technology could play into itCollaborating with sales team members on developing and executing commercial strategiesMaintain & contribute to accurate records in our CRM system and effectively utilize past data in outreach activitiesRepresent ChemoMetec at in-person events such as summits, conferences & events with relevant stakeholders to increase brand awareness and generate leads “in the field” What We’re Looking ForYour greatest value and most significant contributions will come from demonstrating a proactive, “can-do” attitude toward new tasks and projects, maintaining an open mindset, and stepping in where needed. Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology or related Life Science subject or a Business Development degree (Required)Ability to write well-crafted emailsExcellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience with a CRM like Zoho is a plus, but not essentialExperience with LinkedIn Prospecting through Sales Navigator is a plus, but not essentialCustomer service experience, e.g., retail, healthcare or food industry (Preferred)Is curious minded and have an ongoing desire to understand both the industry, cell biology, our products, and most importantly our customers’ developing needs.
