Job Description

This position operates on a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three days per week.The OpportunityAs a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Digital Experience team, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will engage technology and business decision-makers by initiating meaningful, value-driven conversations. In this role, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and pipeline opportunities. Through an account-based sales development approach, you will help build a healthy pipeline that drives revenue growth. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building and executing personalized prospecting campaigns.What You’ll DoGenerate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other communication channelsMeet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets to support territory revenue goals and pipeline linearityBuild awareness within target accounts through ongoing email campaigns and drive attendance to live events and online webinarsResearch accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop opportunities for Adobe’s Digital Experience productsConfidently handle and overcome prospect objectionsDevelop trusted relationships and collaborate effectively within the sales ecosystem (AEs, marketing, and partners)Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe’s solutions and competitive positioning in the marketplaceWhat You Need To SucceedFluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)Proven track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a metrics-driven sales environmentExperience accurately managing lead and account data in a CRM systemPrior experience with cold calling and outbound lead generationStrong phone presence with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skillsProficiency with modern sales prospecting tools and techniquesHigh level of motivation driven by both individual and team successStrong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability and flexibility within a growing and evolving sales organizationWillingness to occasionally travel to support marketing events or tradeshowsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceAbout AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
