Our voice-first agent automates these workflows end-to-end—reactivations, reminders, prep instructions, no-show recalls, and more.Our agents make calls, answer questions, and complete tasks with clinical-level reliability, improving show rates and eliminating operational leakage. Early pilots show a 75% reduction in operational costs, a 49% reduction in no-shows, and a 4.8/5.0 patient satisfaction. Staff focus on care; we ensure every patient is reached, prepared, and retained.ResponsibilitiesMeeting generation: Consistently book 25 - 40 meetings/month using Email, LinkedIn, Cold call, HubSpot (or equivalent), and AI agents; maintain a show rate ≥70%.Outbound strategy & execution: Build/clean target lists, craft personalized DM/InMail/email, run A/B tests, and iterate weekly.Learning loop: After each meeting, capture pains/objections and update ICP & messaging; turn wins into repeatable playbooks.Data & optimization: Own funnel metrics (reach, reply, meeting, show, SQL, LOI), spot trends, and ship data-backed experiments.Founder calendar ops: Own invites, reschedules, reminders, notes, and CRM/Sheet updates so nothing slips.Compliance & hygiene: Follow LinkedIn/Email Terms of Service, manage opt-outs, and keep clean data.Requirements1+ years full-time in SDR/BDR.Able to work from a location with ≤3 hour time difference from Eastern Time (ET).Full professional English (writing & calls).Hands-on with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM tools); comfortable using AI for personalization/summaries/follow-ups.Demonstrated ability to identify the right ICP outreach channels and run high-volume, high-quality outreach; consistently self-sources new-logo pipeline.Nice to HaveHealthcare persona exposure.Studied at top university (ability is paramount).Startup experience.Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.Proficient in LinkedIn content creation.How to ApplyComplete the application in the link provided
