Business Development Representative – Finnish Speaking

Job Description

We’re looking for a Finnish-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Nordic sales team in Oslo. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll be the bridge between Marketing and Sales, connecting with potential customers, uncovering their needs, and introducing them to EcoOnline’s suite of EHS and ESG solutions.You’ll be based in our Oslo office on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in-office), working closely with your Nordic teammates to share insights, collaborate, and celebrate wins together.You’ll combine curiosity with commercial instinct, working across both inbound and outbound opportunities. With a strong flow of warm, marketing-qualified leads already waiting, your focus will be to build relationships, qualify prospects, and create meaningful opportunities for our Account Executives in Finland.Key Responsibilities:Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team and identify new prospects through targeted outbound outreach.Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute outreach strategies across key Finnish accounts.Engage with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, personalising outreach and building rapport.Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in Salesforce.Leverage tools like Gong and Sixth Sense to identify intent signals and tailor your approach.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Nordic BDR team to share insights and drive success together.Contribute to the growing culture and energy of our Oslo hub, helping shape what success looks like for EcoOnline in the Nordics.What we're looking for:Language skills: Native-level Finnish and fluent English (Norwegian is a plus).Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
