For over three decades, we've built a reputation for excellence -- and now we're expanding our operations team with a detail-oriented professional to help us grow our presence across the Dominican Republic and the U.S.About The RoleYou'll be the first voice new clients hear -- connecting with resorts, HOAs, hotel groups, and architects to open doors for our team. You'll balance proactive outreach with organizational precision, ensuring our CRM and calendars stay accurate and our growth stays on track.What You'll DoConduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads.Book consultations and manage calendars for early-December Dominican Republic site visits.Keep CRM stages and next steps current; track and report basic conversion metrics.Perform light research on accounts, decision-makers, and competitors/products (e.g., Vuba Stone).Participate in short daily operational touchpoints: verify crew clock-ins (10-20 min AM) and post brief weather notes on production days.What You BringBilingual (EN/ES) communication skills with confidence when speaking to executives and property teams.Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, ServiceTitan, or similar) and Google Workspace.Strong organization, persistence, and comfort with scripts and handling objections.Nice to Have: Experience with hospitality or real-estate outreach, or familiarity with the Caribbean region.
