Your main responsibilities will include:Identifying and engaging key decision-makers in schools, municipalities, and educational institutionsBuilding relationships and securing meetings — both in-person and onlineDelivering consultative sales presentations tailored to customer needsDriving pipeline development and meeting quarterly and annual targetsCollaborating closely with Marketing to create account-based sales strategiesPreparing and managing tenders within our global processSharing market insights to support product and partnership developmentWhat You Bring3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTechA proven track record in consultative selling and achieving business targetsExperience engaging prospects via digital and social channelsFamiliarity with public procurement processesNative German speaker with very good English skillsComfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersA relevant academic degree is an advantageWhat Will Help You SucceedA structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to your workExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong ability to build trust and long-term relationshipsPersistence and energy to manage long sales cyclesWillingness to travel within Germany as neededWhat We OfferA key role in driving digital education forward in GermanyA flexible hybrid work model based in BerlinA supportive, collaborative, and international teamOpportunities for professional growth within a leading European EdTech groupThe chance to work on projects with a positive societal impactAbout Itslearningitslearning is a leading cloud-based learning platform used by schools, municipalities, and educational institutions across Europe.
