Job Description

We are looking for a talented, eager, and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven outbound lead generation strategy, complemented by strong SaaS sales fundamentals and a results-driven mindset.This is a quota-carrying role, and the selected candidate will play a key role in building pipeline, driving revenue, and growing our global presence. ResponsibilitiesMeet and strive to exceed KPIs and individual monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings (If needed)Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and consultative sessions to understand prospect needs.Manage all client communications, follow-ups, and sales activities using HubSpot (CRM).Become a product expert on the vFairs platform and serve as a strategic advisor to prospective customers.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform outreach and sales tactics.Identify and set up opportunities for upsell and renewal by nurturing long-term client relationships.Candidate Requirements3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with an emphasis on outbound prospecting and lead qualification.Demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound sales, with experience managing a complete sales cycle.Proven track record of closing deals of at least $20,000 in value.Strong grasp of the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demo, objection handling, pricing, negotiation, and closing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and within a team.Goal-oriented with a passion for driving revenue and exceeding targets.Great phone presence and interpersonal skills; strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot is a plus.Experience in selling to recruiting or marketing departments in the Asian, EU, or US market is preferred.Knowledge of Event Platforms or other SaaS tools is a bonus.Must be able to work in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and remote work).What vFairs OffersCompetitive total compensation packagePerformance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow quickly in a fast-paced, global SaaS companyTraining budget for continuous learning and developmentHybrid working model and autonomyAmazing team culture and collaborative work environment
