Business Development Senior Specialist

We are looking for an Business Development Specialist / Senior Specialist and a good team member who will work at SunExpress Antalya, Headquarter.This position will responsinle from transformation projects within the scope of Ground Operations, representing the Ground Operation team. It will define required actions, provide process support, and ensure follow-up while collaborating with other departments.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in related fields.2. Excellent command in English3. Strong written (email, reporting, presentation) and verbal (informal, presentation) communication skills4. Ability to manage effective relationships and handle working under pressure5. Excellent planning, organising, problem solving and communication skills6. Ability to use computers, e.g. MS Office applications. (Requirement)7. Strong analytical aspect, ability to solve problems, having a good degree of planning, organization and business tracking skillsResponsibilities:1. Determination of requirements in the projects to be developed; business analysis, design of application functionrequirements and execution of application screen designs, function analysis / preparation of design documentation.2. Taking an active role in the system implementation of business processes.3. Creating test scenarios for acceptance tests of applications to be developed.4. Implementing admission tests and reporting the test results.5. Management of software testing processes within the scope of the project.6. Detecting errors and improvements, transmitting them to the software team by documenting them7. Preparing workflow and document management applications.8. Preparing business process modeling and analysis.9. Provide support for preparing project budget, and project decision paper documents.10. Having knowledge about Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)11. Being able to communicate effectively.12. Being predisposed to teamwork.13.
