Job Description

Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients through verified email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.Build accurate and segmented lead lists using tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and NeverBounce.Ensure email deliverability above 95% through verified data and proper targeting.Create and run daily organic outreach campaigns (minimum 150 verified emails and 50 LinkedIn connections per day).Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.Understand HR Navigator’s services and pitch them effectively.Maintain and update CRM records for all outreach and leads.Track campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.Suggest new ideas for improving outreach efficiency and client engagement.Requirements:3 years of experience in business development, B2B lead generation, or sales.Proven experience with email marketing and verified lead sourcing.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).Excellent written and spoken English for client communication.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently.Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
