But at ABB, you’ll never run alone.Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the JourneyConduct thorough market research to understand the ELSB business line landscape in China.Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential growth opportunities.Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement long-term growth strategies.Facilitate the deployment of key initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.Coordinate and drive key step-up growth initiatives to support long-term growth opportunities.Explore the in-organic growth opportunities, facilitate to ELSB leadership team to define the in-organic growth strategies and roadmap.Prepare and present reports on market insights and growth opportunities to senior management.Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including industry association, experts, customers, partners and startups.What it takes to Run what runs the worldBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience in business development, market research, or a related role, preferably in the electrification or smart buildings sector, or management consulting firms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.Why ABB?A global market leader redefining industries through technology and expertise.Results that matter—what we run here, runs the world.
