Our AI Discovery Platform blends semantic search, visual recommendations, and voice-based discovery, helping leading eCommerce and retail brands convert curiosity into sales.We power over 1 billion product searches per year, serving 165+ top-tier retailers across 4 countries, including JD Sports, Public, Cosmote, Spitishop, and Pharmacy 295. With our new AI Visual Commerce Suite, Findbar is setting a new benchmark in digital product discovery faster, smarter, and more inspiring.The Role-(Reports to Global Head of Growth)We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong B2B sales instincts and a passion for digital innovation.You’ll be responsible for driving new business across Greece and Cyprus, identifying opportunities, opening conversations, managing full sales cycles, and representing Findbar within the digital and retail ecosystem.If you come from digital services (advertising, marketing, eCommerce, logistics, or CRM solutions) and know how to connect the dots between tech and business value, this role is made for you.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & OutreachIdentify and engage potential clients across retail, eCommerce, and tech sectorsManage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closureLead outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, direct calls and industry networksTrack activity and pipeline performance through CRM (HubSpot)Networking & Market PresenceBuild and nurture relationships within the digital commerce ecosystemRepresent Findbar in industry events, communities, and partnershipsStrengthen brand visibility and recognition in the local marketsCollaborate with marketing to amplify awareness and thought leadershipCollaboration & InsightsWork closely with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure client satisfaction and growthShare market learnings and competitor insights to shape go-to-market strategiesWhat We’re Looking for2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in SaaS or digital servicesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent command of English (Greek is a strong plus)Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach toolsSelf-driven, structured, and comfortable working autonomouslyKnowledge of eCommerce, retail tech, or digital marketing ecosystems preferredWhat We OfferOpportunity to grow with a high-performing SaaS expanding internationallyDirect collaboration with leadership and exposure to cross-market strategiesCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusHybrid work setup (Athens-based preferred)
