The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise, tender management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value-driven solutions and long-term client success.Key Responsibilities• Engage potential clients, identify opportunities, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.• Manage government and private sector tenders, including the development of technical and financial offers.• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and management teams to finalize agreements.• Oversee client onboarding and project kickoffs, ensuring clear deliverables and smooth handovers.• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention.• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and Quality teams to ensure service excellence.• Track tender results, project performance, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the BPO/contact center industry (required).• Strong experience with tenders, proposals, and contract management.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Preferred• Familiarity with client experience frameworks (e.g., NPS, CSAT).• Fluency in English (written & spoken).If you are interested send whatsapp:01501970714
