Daleenda is a technology and digital transformation company delivering software solutions, POS/ERP systems, mobile apps, branding, UI/UX, and digital marketing for businesses across Egypt, Germany, and the GCC. We are expanding and looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.Role OverviewThis entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn sales, client communication, and business growth in the tech space. You will support lead generation, client outreach, presentations, proposals, and deal coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities locally and internationallyReach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and meetingsConduct discovery conversations to understand client needsPresent Daleenda's tech and digital solutions confidentlySupport proposal writing and deal closingMaintain and update the CRM pipelineCoordinate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing)Build and maintain client relationshipsRepresent Daleenda professionally in all communicationsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong English communication (spoken & written)Excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsPassion for technology, startups, and digital solutionsConfidence in client communicationSelf-driven, fast learner, and goal-orientedAbility to work in a team and take ownership of tasksBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Canva or presentation design skillsProposal writing experienceUnderstanding of SaaS, POS, ERP, or digital marketingGerman or additional languagesCRM familiarity (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
