About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales / Business Development Executive with strong English communication skills and proven success in IT or technology-related sales. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled in building client relationships, and experienced in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic business development.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the IT and technology sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations with clients.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines, and provide regular sales performance reports.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT, software, or technology services.Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently and meet sales goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.Compensation: 80,000 to 100,000 + commissions OTE 450,000How to Apply:If you’re passionate about technology sales, have exceptional communication skills, and thrive in building meaningful business relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
