Job Description

(The role is 100% work in office and offered on an external consultant contract)Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients and develop new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersUnderstand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirementsCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentationsManage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closureKeep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsAnalyze sales data and generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvementParticipate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand network and enhance brand visibilityMeet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the companyRequirementsDiploma/ Degree holderPrior Business Development experience in Fintech or Financial Services related industryStrong network of business contacts and relationships with key industry playersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and driven to achieve targetsGood command of written and spoken Indonesian. English or Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage
