We're hiring a proactive anddriven Business Development Specialist Intern to support our team remotely. If you'reambitious, organized, and skilled in outreach and client engagement, we want to hearfrom you!Tasks Assist in daily operations related to client acquisition and recruitmentcoordination. Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from our recruitmentservices. Conduct outreach to companies via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms topresent our services. Support the client onboarding process and maintain professionalcommunication throughout. Draft proposals, client outreach messages, and service presentations. Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidatesourcing. Maintain CRM/Excel sheets to track outreach, leads, and progress.RequirementsEnglish proficiency: C1 or higher (written and spoken). Previous experience or exposure in business development, client outreach, orrecruitment services. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail with a structured work approach. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and professional email/LinkedIncommunication.Internship Details Type: Remote / Part-time Start date: As soon as possible Duration: 6 months Working hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule) Compensation: Unpaid internship with a performance-based bonus formeeting key milestones and goals. Future Growth: Potential for extension or transition into a paid role based onperformance.Benefits Real-world experience in client acquisition and recruitment coordination inan international setting. Direct mentorship from experienced HR and business developmentprofessionals. Opportunity to build your business development and recruitment portfoliowith meaningful projects. Flexible work culture and exposure to global client interactions.Interested candidates may share their updated resumes atzainab15rehman@gmail.com
