Our team provides services such as eCommerce store set-up, Campaign Management, Digital, and Social Media Marketing, Logistics and Shipping Fulfillment, and Service Quality Management to ensure steady revenue growth and visibility for our clients in the digital age.Taking pride in the value we provide; SCI E-commerce have achieved operational excellence and are recognized by Tmall/Lazada as one of the Ecological Partner Enabler.Join us now if you are looking to co-create your growth and learning in the rapidly growing eCommerce industry that brings you excitement and fulfillment in the job you do!Job Description:Perform the entire cycle of a business development process from leads generation, pitching, business proposal drafting, contract signing and customer relationship maintenance,Target-oriented, responsible for personal and team target,Fully understand and familiar with Company’s full scope of services and businesses, strategize and customize service solutions offering to clients based on client needs and market insights,Keep industry and market insights updated, work closely with related departments to come out brand/business development strategy for clients,Problem solver, cooperate with internal departments and external party to fulfil clients’ requirements,Work closely with internal functions to make sure the directions are aligned with capabilities and follow up with other internal teams such as operations, finance, sales, and tech to ensure client expectations can be met,Manage relationship with existing clients, maintain the close partnership and strive for new business opportunities,Manage relationship with e-commerce partners to explore potential business opportunities and strategic collaboration,Keep perspective client database updated, may include cold calls for new business leads,Acquire market intelligence and critical commercial knowledge on e-commerce to assist sales team and commercial partners to achieve business objectives,Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior,Requirements:Experienced minimum 1 years of Sales / Business Development with maximum 3 years experiences,Have cross border background and familiar with E-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee), and e-commerce industry in general will be preferable,Passionate in e-commerce, having experience in enabler or relevant experienceStrong written and oral communications skillsRequired language(s): English, Bahasa IndonesiaIn-depth understanding of the e-commerce industryAbility to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and innovationAbility to adapt and possess excellent relationship building skillsExcellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to deliver exceptional results while working on several projects at the same timeExcellent communicator and negotiator who is able to lead and influence others
