This person will play a crucial role in identifying and securing strategic locations for our EV charging stations, such as malls, office buildings, retail centers, and other high-traffic commercial areas.💫 Key Responsibilities :- Identify and evaluate potential sites for EV charging stations in commercial or strategic locations.- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers.- Negotiate favorable lease or partnership agreements with landowners.- Conduct market research to support site selection and expansion plans.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.🧲 Requirements :- Proven experience in business development or property/real estate industry (preferably with a strong network of property owners, landlords, or developers).- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Strong understanding of commercial property markets and location feasibility.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.🌟 Why join us?1.
