Starting out in a 80 m² shop, it now operates more than 110 shops across 7 countries, 16 airports and 1 cruise port, covering a total area of 30,000 m².Headquartered in Istanbul, the company employs over 3,000 people and serves more than 50 million passengers annually.ATU has been awarded the "Great Place to Work" certificate by Great Place to Work Turkey and has also been selected as One of the Best Workplaces in Retail by GPTW 2025. 🏅We are seeking a “Business Development Supervisor” to our Strategy & Business Development Department.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering etc. departments of universitiesMinimum 5 years of experienceStrong communication and analytical skillsStrong reporting and presentation skillsAt least Upper Intermediate level in both written and spoken EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. etc)Advanced level of Excel is a plusResponsibilitiesCalculating and interpreting the key performance indicators of the company's concepts and businessesUnderstanding commercial and contractual requirements in the business/market to develop opportunitiesCreating and presenting macro performance and analysis reports,Conducting market research, directly or indirectly about the markets in which businesses are locatedProviding coordination and documentation within the scope of Project Management rulesPerforming the necessary reporting and analysis expected by the company
