Job Title: Business Development SupervisorLocation: Sathorn, BangkokEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Days & Work Time: Monday – Friday (0830 - 1715 hours)Overview:We are seeking a driven and technically savvy Business Development Supervisor to lead B2B sales efforts for industrial hoses and connectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product sales, experience within the hose industry (e.g., hydraulic, PVC, or industrial hoses), and a proven ability to drive business growth through market development and key account management.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development and sales activities for industrial hose and connector products across target sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, and automotive.Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Develop and implement strategic sales plans, pricing proposals, and customer acquisition strategies.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with client specifications.Provide technical consultation and presentations to customers, interpreting drawings and specifications as needed.Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and report performance to management.Supervise and mentor sales team members, driving performance through coaching and collaboration.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and technical discussions both locally and regionally.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial product sales.Having real experience in the Hose Business is the key advantage (Hydraulic Hose, PVC Hose or Industrial Hose etc.). The technician or production supervisor or QC/QA in Hoses business is considered.At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Proven track record in developing new markets or managing key accounts in industrial sectors (e.g., automotive, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)Strong understanding of industrial & engineering products especially for Hose and Connector is the most important.Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications and coordinate with engineering teams.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.Proficiency in English & Thai (spoken and written) is required; additional language skills such as Chinese, Japanese, or other ASEAN languages are a plus.Recruiter-in-charge:Name: Rodney ChongEmail: rodney.chong@airswift.com
