Business Development

Job Description:- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with Merchants/Brand Partners according to the assigned categories.- Introduce the Loyalty World model and various marketing solution packages (Voucher Listing by tiers, loyalty programs, exclusive offers, etc.).- Execute multi-channel outreach (Online/Offline), schedule meetings, negotiate, and close partnership deals.- Collect and update Merchant information; coordinate with the operation team for onboarding and contract implementation.- Monitor partnership progress, evaluate performance, and propose improvement solutions.- Prepare regular reports and provide market feedback (daily/weekly).Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales (Advertising, Digital Platform, or F&B Solution)- Strong negotiation, communication, and systematic thinking skills.- Ability to work independently and proactively; growth mindset and teamwork spirit.- Prefer candidates with experience in Merchant/Partner acquisition within Loyalty, eCommerce, or F&B sectors.Benefits:- Salary: 15 – 18 million VND/month + Performance-based bonuses (KPI).- Career growth: Opportunity to be promoted to Team Leader within 3–6 months based on performance.- Full benefits package:- Participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance as regulated by Vietnamese law.- Holiday bonuses, 13th-month salary, birthday gifts, and other company welfare programs.- Dynamic, creative, and fast-growing working environment with open development opportunities.Contact Information:Email: anhtus.hr@gmail.comPhone/Zalo: 086 875 7035 (Mr. Tú)
