We’re Hiring: Business DirectorPT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara is a rapidly growing financial institution committed to driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer trust.We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Business Director to lead our funding, lending, branding, and business development strategies toward sustainable growth.Qualifications1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking industry.2. Holds a CRBD Level 1 Certification and has an extensive professional network.3. Strong understanding of banking operations (Front Office and Back Office).4. Proven experience in credit disbursement and non-performing loan resolution.5. Demonstrated success in fund mobilization (savings and time deposits).6. Skilled in leading Branding & Promotion teams to support marketing initiatives.7. Deep knowledge of Business Development and strategic expansion.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and able to leverage AI-based technologies.9. Willing to be placed in Depok.Key Responsibilities1. Lead and ensure the achievement of company targets in funding, lending, NPL management, branding, and business development.2. Establish and monitor KPIs for all team members under your supervision.3. Conduct monthly performance evaluations for team members.4. Prepare the Annual Directors’ Accountability Report for shareholders (RUPS).5. Formulate and submit the Bank’s Business Plan (RBB) and its semiannual realization report to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).Compensation & Benefits1. Competitive base salary.2.
