The Business Education Training Partner role is part of the Business Education Training team.The Business Education Training Partner role is part of the Business Education Training team.Business Education Training Partner, APAC Responsibilities:You will primarily lead the planning and activation of education programs in Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, you will support the Regional Head in other APAC programs as neededDevelop and implement education strategies that align with regional and global educational prioritiesWork closely with the immediate and global team on common/co-worked responsibilities (i.e. educational programs communication, attendance organization, data management, etc)Deliver virtual and in-person training on a regular basis to varied audiences, focusing on Branding & Performance Marketing solutions and Marketing ScienceBuild, influence and maintain partnerships with sales and cross-functional teams to support business goals through educationAct as the key Point of Contact for Meta Business Education offerings in the market and ensure that our portfolio of educational offerings is integrated with other team’s plansMaintain a strong understanding of Meta Advertising solutions and serve as a reliable training resourceContinuously update training materials to ensure consistency and alignment with global Meta Blueprint team goals & initiativesAct as a subject matter expert for all content and Meta Certification alignmentsSupport cross-functional partners with special events and education initiatives that align with global Meta Blueprint team goalsUnderstand audience needs and priorities to build effective educational strategies and identify opportunitiesSynthesize and communicate market needs and feedback to the Business Education team based on scale and scope analysisLead communications relating to Business Education offerings in partnership with project managers and keep the global team informed of regional activities and resultsSupport the Regional Team's operations by closely working with the regional lead, global program managers and contractor workers (trainers and coordinators)Ensure high-quality training delivery by maintaining and enhancing regional trainers' solution knowledge and skillsMinimum of 30% travel across APACMinimum Qualifications:8+ years of relevant experienceTraining delivery experienceFluency in both Japanese and English is essential for this role, given the need to collaborate with internal and external clients in Japan and the Asia-Pacific regionDemonstrable expertise in Meta’s portfolio of advertising tools and solutions, specifically our Direct Response suite of productsComprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industryDemonstrable understanding of the regional advertising marketProven problem-solving skillsExperience working with executive-level leadersBachelor’s degreePreferred Qualifications:Public communication experienceMeta Blueprint Certification holder (in any exam)Knowledge of Ad-tech, specifically measurement and analyticsAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
