Job Description
Responsibilities:Assist in pre-engagement documentation, planning and updating of appropriate formsSupervises multiple engagements to deliver high quality services on time and efficientlyCoordinates engagement management and effectively contributes to achieving revenue and profit objectives, engagement realization and the allocation of resourcesBuilds and maintain strong relationships with middle to senior level staff internally and externallyDrives quality in response to the needs of stakeholdersLead Process Optimization for business transformation engagementsConduct detailed review for process maturity and gap analysis on end-to-end processManage process documentation, standardization, and communication with the client during the engagementAscertains that the engagement files are assembled within an appropriate period after the engagement reports have been finalized and the engagement documentation retained is in accordance with firm requirementsConduct meetings with robotics and other technology consulting teams, as needed for the roleAssist Manager or Partner in other assigned engagements, and other tasks as neededQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or business-related course such as Finance, Business Management, Financial Management, but accounting courses are preferredHas more than 3 years of experience in Process improvement or other related field with significant relevant experience in finance processes such as STP, OTC, RTR; experience working with a management consulting or with previous audit firm employment preferredStrong knowledge in Project Management, preferably Lean six sigma yellow belt certificateHas knowledge in information technology and process transformationDetail-orientedFlexibility and AdaptabilityGood communication and leadership skillsStrong Critical and Problem-solving skills
