Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Executive [Agency] located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Executive [Agency] will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, client meetings, providing advice on insurance products, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other team members. Some work from home is acceptable for this role. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficialAbility to work independently and in a hybrid environmentUnderstanding of sales strategies and business developmentProficiency in using digital tools and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldFluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
