Sales Stream: Focused on building strong selling skills, client engagement, relationship management, and business development capabilities.As a participant in the Business Graduate Program, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey that combines face-to-face and online learning experiences, along with practical exposure to the banking environment. The program is carefully designed to equip you with the essential technical, professional, and business skills needed to succeed and grow in the banking industry.Requirements Omani Nationals Only. Degree Holder – Minimum GPA 2.5. Graduated within the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026). Analyst Stream: Preference will be given to candidates holding a major in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, and Mathematics. Sales Stream: Preference will be given to candidates holding a Business-related major.
