Business Head – Cloudnine Hospital, HyderabadAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead operations at our Hyderabad Centre. The role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people management skills to ensure smooth functioning, business growth, and outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day operations ensuring seamless coordination across departments and adherence to clinical and administrative protocols.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through efficient systems and quality-focused processes.Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team; identify and groom future leaders within the Centre.Collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing teams, and support staff to deliver superior patient care.Ensure compliance, safety, and serviceability of all hospital equipment and infrastructure.Monitor key metrics, audits, and feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance patient experience.Strengthen community and doctor engagement to drive referrals and brand visibility.Manage cost optimization, resource utilization, and ensure adherence to quality and accreditation standards.Represent the Centre with government and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth relationships and regulatory compliance.What We’re Looking For:Proven leadership in hospital or healthcare operations (minimum 10 years preferred).Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.High service orientation, accountability, and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.Why Cloudnine: Join India’s leading chain of maternity and women’s hospitals known for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and innovation.
