The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing solutions, and implementing technology solutions to support business goals. The employee will also provide management consulting and business analysis services to clients.The key responsibilities of this role include:Engaging with clients to comprehensively understand their workflow needs and requirements.Designing tailored solutions on the monday.com platform to optimize client workflows.Fostering strong relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact.Providing comprehensive client trainings on the usage, features, and functionalities of the monday.com platform.Stay up to date with technology trends and applications and with enhancements and new features introduced to the monday.com platform.To qualify for the role, you must have:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related fieldExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in the English language3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical skills; the ability to translate complex requests into simple actionable tasks, e.g., background in business analysisExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detailProject Management and/or Business Consulting experienceAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyAbility to aid cross-functional teams and stakeholders in delivering resultsClient-facing, strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsNice to Haves:Experience with monday.com or similar platformExperience in process digitalization, workflow optimization, or automationWhat we offer:🏋️‍️ A dynamic working environment💰 Competitive remuneration package🧑‍💼 Continued Learning and Fast Career Growth🏠 Flexible working schedule
