Business Improvement Specialist Location: Groningen, NetherlandsContract Length: 6 monthsContract type: self-employed or EmployedLanguage: Dutch & English requiredRecruitment & Employment Partner: AirswiftWe are seeking a Business Improvement Specialist for a 6-month contract. The role involves working on-site with industrial clients to identify and implement performance improvements using proven methodologies.Responsibilities:Assess and identify improvement opportunities using structured techniques.Develop and implement detailed improvement plans in collaboration with clients.Coach teams and apply performance improvement methodologies.Manage relationships across all levels of client organisations.Deliver training and contribute to the development of improvement toolkits.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership and coaching roles.Lean Six Sigma expertise (Green Belt certification is a plus).Project Management training or certification.Experience in industrial sectors such as civil, construction, manufacturing.Fluent in French and Dutch.The next step We have an exceptional team in place, and we are pleased to be able to appoint a further person to our growing business.
