About The RoleYou will implement and maintain IT governance and cybersecurity controls in line with the bank’s strategy, ensuring the effective operation of security technologies and managing IT security risks.What You Will DoImplement and monitor information security controls and risk mitigation to strengthen the bank’s security posture.Manage identity and access rights, including privileged access, user access reviews, and compliance with governance policies.Provide troubleshooting support for security technology issues covering endpoint, infrastructure, data security, and cyber threats.Offer consultations on information security and maintain security system performance through tuning, housekeeping, and updates.Ensuring all work is in accordance with applicable internal policies and external regulationsCan work and coordinate effectively, both independently and within a team Shows initiative and a vision for continuous improvement, especially in their professional roleWhat You Need to HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience in IT Security and Compliance with Risk Management Certification (SMR).Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL/ITSM, and banking industry standards.Proficient in security technologies such as firewall, Anti-DDoS, WAF, SIEM, EDR, NDR, IAM, PAM, DLP.Familiar with network security, IT security architecture, OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25, CIS CSC, and IT business processes including cloud and software development.Minimum 5 years of work experience in the security field within the banking industry or financial servicesHas a basic understanding of risk management and can apply it in their work
