Creatorz is a creative agency specializing in influencer marketing, content production, and talent management. We help brands build effective full-funnel marketing strategies supported by creative teams and data-driven insights.We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn data into powerful insights to guide business decisions and campaign strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and process data from various internal and external sourcesAnalyze campaign performance, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activitiesBuild dashboards and reports that are easy to understand for creative, strategy, and management teamsProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize content, marketing strategies, and business decisionsCollaborate with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure insights are actionableDevelop forecasting models to predict campaign performance and industry trendsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Marketing Analytics (agency/brand experience preferred)Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or LookerAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic SQL knowledgeStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, retention, engagement rate, etc.)Excellent communication skills to translate data insights to non-data teamsDetail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
