Business Intelligence Analyst

We're on a mission to elevate our data-driven decision-making, and we're looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to help us get there.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and data insights. You'll gather requirements, build interactive reports in Microsoft Power BI, and contribute to the development of our Common Data Platform. Your work will empower teams across RealNZ to make smarter, faster decisions.What will you be doing? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specificationsDesign and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BISupport data governance and contribute to the design of a central data warehouseEnsure data accuracy, optimise performance, and maintain documentationManage access rights and ensure compliance with data privacy standardsLeverage PowerApps and Power Automate to support automation and integrationShare knowledge and contribute to the growth of the Data & Reporting teamWhat are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experienceProven experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQLStrong understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and governanceExperience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAnalytical mindset with a knack for problem-solvingWhat do you get out of this?This is a full time permanent position with guaranteed fortnightly hoursEnjoy some incredible staff perks!
