This role requires strong technical expertise in BI tools, data engineering, cloud platforms, and analytical modeling to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational performance, financial outcomes, and strategic planning.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or equivalent tools.Design and optimize cloud data warehouse solutions for analytics and reporting.Analyze business, operational, financial, and logistics datasets to identify trends and performance drivers.Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into BI technical solutions.Develop predictive models or analytical insights to forecast trends, demand, and risks.Implement monitoring, validation, and alerting systems to ensure data reliability and uptime.Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and solution designs using Confluence or SharePoint.Required Skills & CompetenciesBusiness intelligence development and data visualizationCloud data engineering (Azure or AWS)Data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics architectureAdvanced SQL and structured data transformation skillsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumenAbility to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practicesExperience RequirementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Data Analytics plus 5 years of relevant experienceORMaster’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of relevant experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Transportation & Logistics analytics solutionsFamiliarity with predictive analytics or machine learning frameworksKnowledge of cloud monitoring, job automation, and data orchestration tools
