Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Baudour, Belgium (2 days on-site, 3 remote) 🕒 Start Date: ASAP ⏳ Duration: 6 months 📣 Language: French & English (mandatory)We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our data and analytics initiatives within the industrial manufacturing sector. You’ll work closely with the ICT team to shape and implement robust data solutions that empower decision-making across the organization. 🚀 Your MissionDesign and model relational and multidimensional data architectures (Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Cubes). Define BI and reporting system requirements in collaboration with business users. Develop ETL flows (SSIS), data integrations, and reporting solutions (SSRS). Implement data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Maintain and improve the performance of existing BI environments. Collaborate with DBAs and ICT project stakeholders to ensure data availability and business continuity. Contribute to ICT-wide projects as the data & BI subject matter expert. 🛠️ Tech StackSQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures)ETL: SSISReporting: SSRSData Warehousing: SSAS (cube modeling)Strong command of relational database development and performance tuning. 🧠 Who You Are3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse development. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Capable of understanding business needs and translating them into data solutions. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Autonomous, structured, and able to handle complex problem-solving. ✅ Nice to HaveExperience in industrial/manufacturing environments. Exposure to EDI or data exchange systems. Data governance and metadata/documentation practices.
