Amsterdam / Rotterdam, hybridThis role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff. Job PurposeAs the BI team, our focus is to bridge the gap between data and business. Through workshops & training, we try to discover the business questions our clients have and create tailor-made data solutions for them to get insights. Our goal is not only to deliver these insights, but also integrate data in their day-to-day workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business questions into data products that help clients and teams make better decisionsBuild and maintain automated dashboards and reporting toolsSupport internal marketing teams with diagnostics, trend analysis, and reporting automationAnalyze marketing performance and campaign data to deliver clear, actionable insightsWhat We Are Looking ForRelevant experience in a data-related role (e.g. BI Consultant, Data Analyst, Data Specialist, Marketing Analyst)Strong SQL expertise for data manipulation, transformation and data models (e.g. starschema’s).Strong experience in one or more reporting tools: PowerBI, Looker Studio, Looker, or TableauExperience with data analysis and/or data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SPSS)An understanding of marketing data (e.g. campaign performance, attribution, website tracking)Bonus: experience with data visualization design (Figma/Canva)Someone who’s analytical, communicative, proactive, and curious Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWE OFFERA flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year. 24 vacation days per year and the possibility to buy an unlimited number of extra vacation days.DEPT®/YOU Learning Menu and DEPT®/YOU Special Programs.
