In this role, you will design and automate data pipelines, develop scalable data models, and deliver intuitive dashboards that empower decision-making across the business. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be a Tableau and SQL expert. This role is well suited to a nature born leader and strong communicator.What you will do:Build and automate a broad range of business reports for internal and external stakeholders using Tableau.Design and deliver a standardized Tableau reporting suite for operational and performance reporting.Develop and maintain common data models to support consistent analytics across the organization.Build dashboards and visual aids to support account teams and senior management decisions.Identify emerging issues in current processes and suggest potential solutions.Manage technical delivery projects through to completion.Lead best practices in dashboard design, data visualization, and system integration.Contribute to the management and improvement of data infrastructure and associated projects (e.g. Data Warehouse).Partner with the Customer Insights team to deliver complex, custom data solutions for strategic initiatives.Provide coaching and training to junior team members.Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.What you will bring:Tech stack: dbt, Redshift, PostgreSQL, GitHub, AWS, Tableau CloudAdvanced proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and optimizing large datasets in a cloud-based data warehouse.Expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for building interactive dashboards and reports.Experience with data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL/ELT processes. Experience or exposure to GitHub is valued.Familiarity with data governance, quality, and security best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work autonomously.Minimum of 3 years in BI, analytics, or data engineering roles (FMCG experience preferred but not essential).Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, optimize operational performance, and enhance customer insights.
