In this role, you’ll design and deliver enterprise BI solutions that empower decision-making and drive strategy across the organization.What You’ll Do:Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise BI solutions: dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data extracts.Translate business requirements into robust technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.Oversee BI architecture, infrastructure, and standards to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex projects, data flows, wireframes, and analytics.Mentor and guide BI engineers in building high-performance data assets.Identify opportunities to improve data management, efficiency, and solution delivery.Stay ahead of BI tools, platforms, and trends, making expert recommendations for continuous improvement.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analyticsStrong skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, Talend ETL, SnowflakeExpertise in data modeling, root cause analysis, risk analysis, and quantitative techniquesStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business recommendations.Benefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision)401(k) and stock purchase plansTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesPaid time off plus holidays
