Job DescriptionConduct data analysis about driver planning, focusing on performance and resource allocation.Design and manage driver pricing strategies, including payouts and bonuses, to align with business goals.Lead initiatives to improve algorithms and products.Manage profit and loss by optimizing costs with the objective of improving business SOPs (both for drivers & stakeholders).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.Create short and long-term projection based on historical data, market trends, and business assumptions.RequirementsProficiency in SQL.Min. 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, strategic planning, or a related field.Previous experience in ride-hailing or food delivery industries is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Business) from a top-tier university.Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Fluent in English (written and verbal).
