From building and analyzing process models to supporting data-driven decisions, your expertise will help shape the future of energy.Now our Team is looking for a skilled professional as-Business Intelligence & Process Owner ExpertLocation- Budapest, MOL CampusAboutAbout the company- MOL Group- Shape Tomorrow (youtube.com)Scope of the position-Support modelling processes with basic data processing to ensure reliable and accurate planning and scheduling models.Your tasks will be- Process & Performance Oversight- Support planning, implementation, optimization, and measurement of business processes to drive operational excellence and monitor system performance for improvement Tool & Model Management- Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing business tools and models, ensuring consistency, harmonization, and accuracy of data and results System Improvement & Testing- Propose and oversee testing of system enhancements, tools, and techniques to improve business processes IT Coordination & Support- Manage IT hardware, software hosting, backups, installations, and participate in IT projects related to system maintenance and development by support strategic planning, scheduling and margin management areas Strategic Planning & Vision- Contribute to the strategic vision and planning for supply, optimization, and scheduling applications in line with business goals and best practices Business Analysis- Collect and prioritize requirements, perform business analysis, and develop functional specifications Software Portfolio Management- Act as liaison between users, IT, and third parties to manage the software portfolio effectively Regulatory Compliance- Assist in the development, update, and enforcement of regulationsWhat You Bring To The Table-We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence and innovation.Educational Background- MSc in Economics, Mathematics or Chemical EngineeringProfessional Experience- 3-5 years of relevant experience Background in optimization, scheduling, or decision support tools Ability to create simple refinery unit models and material balances Understanding of modeling structures and business use of optimization toolsSkills- Knowledge of at least one Operational Research method (LP, MIP, Simulation, etc.) Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving mindset Excellent interpersonal skills for effective project and stakeholder management Proficiency in functional specification writing and translating business needs into precise requirements for developers Familiarity with self-service business intelligence reporting and data modeling practices English language (professional working proficiency)IT Skills-Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Power Query, PowerPivot, Office applications A and awareness of planning/scheduling/reporting systems Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of supply chain optimization, planning and scheduling methods/tools. Experience as a Product Owner in an agile development environment. Experience with master data governance, master data management, data cleaning, and data quality assurance. Knowledge of statistical inference/machine learning methods and related tools.
