The Group owns and operates 52 offices worldwide.Chronos Consulting’s client is the Food & Beverage industry.We are a recruitment agency looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join a fast-growing food tech company. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or junior analyst who is passionate about using data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions, including data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.Work with various teams to understand their data needs and translate those needs into effective analytics solutions.Develop and maintain data models and performance metrics to support key departments like operations, marketing, and product.Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing BI tools and dashboards.Help foster a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and the use of self-service analytics.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for analysis and reporting.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Professional fluency in English is required.Proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of BigQuery Standard SQL and Redshift SQL is a plus.Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and performance measurement techniques.A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an analyst or internship role is preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.A passion for the food & beverage industry and an interest in technology-driven business models.
