Business Intelligence Specialist

Sibling is supporting a leading organisation in Belgium that is growing its data capability. To strengthen their team in Antwerp, they are looking for a BI Developer with strong Power BI skills.You’ll be central to designing and delivering business intelligence solutions that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working within a modern Microsoft environment, you’ll collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and impactful.Build and optimise dashboards and reports in Power BI.Work with data models from Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.Partner with the business to define requirements and deliver insight-driven solutions.SkillsSolid BI development experience with Power BI.Strong SQL and data modelling skills.Knowledge of Azure-based data environments.Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams.Fluent English (Dutch/French is a plus).This is your chance to play a visible role in shaping BI reporting within a forward-thinking data team.
