We build, scale, and manage ventures across multiple verticals — with a shared vision of creating purposeful, high-growth businesses.About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intern to the Founders Office. This role is not a typical internship, it’s a fast-paced, high-responsibility position that offers direct exposure to management, operations, strategy, and growth across all Iroons subsidiaries. You’ll work alongside the founders on day-to-day execution, strategic planning, business performance tracking, and venture growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist the founders in managing and monitoring multiple companies within the Iroons group.Coordinate cross-company initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.Support in business analysis, performance dashboards, and monthly reports.Participate in growth strategy formulation for new projects and investments.Research market trends, competitors, and potential new business opportunities.Help organize and manage key meetings, investor sessions, and internal reviews.Contribute to founders’ presentations, decks, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.Who We’re Looking For:Students or recent graduates in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields.Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-venture startup environment.Highly driven, proactive, and eager to learn from real-world business leadership.What You’ll Gain:Direct mentorship from the founders and leadership team.Hands-on exposure to multi-sector management and venture building.Opportunity to participate in board-level reviews and strategic meetings.Internship Certificate + possibility of full-time offer upon successful completion.
